Looks like Czechoslovakia, Crystalex piece from NovĂ˝ Bor.
Often such vases had been decorated with enameling.

I've seen similar shapes in very recent (last 5 years) production from China. The pontil is not fully polished and still has a bit of gray to it.

Thanks for info,had the piece for over 10 years always thought it was English,then again until recently I thought most of our collection was, it now seems to be mostly Bohemian and very little English!Keith
