green cactus stopper on a clear glass bottle any clues on maker?

Hi,i have been through all my glass books because i am sure i have seen one of these in them,or it may just be a glass hallucination due to the vast amount i have to sort through ! so if anyone recognises this bottle please put me out of my misery as the sooner i get through this lot i get to walk around my home! :spls:
