pretty little vase signed.. looks like Dennis ????? any ideas?
« on: September 06, 2009, 06:20:08 PM »
Hi there
i picked this little vase up today the signiature rings no bells with me at all but there is something about the vase which seems familiar but i cant put my finger on it.
Nice quality glass well made, good weigt for size  applied crystal fool. The glass has a mottled efect (a bit like on some of the wedgwood animals) the top being in a brown/amber colour and the lower half a blue larger mottle (i think this is over the top like an overlay??) it has random pieces of glass and one stretched millefiori piece.
15cms tall
the base is signed, jon thinks it say Dennis, then the second word almost looks like arm there is a high dot between the two words
any ideas?? i'm coming up completly blank at the moment
many thanks
michelle
