ice blue bark effect vase ID if poss ID = Ravenhead

I have scoured the usual sites and my glass books but cannot find this vase or colour,it stands at 17cm 5.05cm at its widest and is a good weight,base not too smooth just a very light graining,i would appreciate any info.Lynn
