Red vase id please? - ID = Chinese

Hello all I have taken pics of this vase prior to cleaning.  It is pretty but not so sure about the work on the front at first glance it looked like it had splodges of clear  glass over the top but on closer inspection it is a  flower with three petals and a stem.  It has bits of coloured glass as the pic shows.  Broken pontil.  Could anyone please id?

It reminds me of a lot of Chinese vases that have been around for a while but I have been wrong so many times recently I would wait for another comment from those of a superior intellect!!Keith.
