Topic: Tny shot glasses why so different

I apologise if this sounds very dense, but I was given these two shot glasses today which are quite heavy.  After I washed them what I thought were two identical glasses appear to be different.  One of the glasses is very unsteady and has many air bubbles but why would this have been (a bad batch maybe)?

I saw a decanter today which matches these two shot glasses.  Also with no signature unfortunately.
