White opaline vase rough age please?

Hi unfortunately this is marked with the mysterious SV mark but was wondering if anyone could give me a rough age of it going on the design if it all possible.  White opaline one side has still some colouring on the flowers and as the pic shows the other side has lost all of its colouring.
