sapphire blue? ribbed bowl/dish any id thanks

hi all
we got this bowl/dish at the weekend. its 2 inches high & 6 inches in diameter.
it looks like a sapphire blue colour? and ribbed pattern. i have took a picture with the flash on so you can see the pattern and colour.
it is a lovely little bowl . any id would be great thanks
