Topic: Green glass decanter / pitcher set with glasses. Holmegaard?

I was hoping that maybe someone has seen this pitcher set before.  I picked it up for it's great design, despite the fact that I'm not very fond of green glass.  I was hoping to discover the designer and company who produced the pieces.  I may be way off base, but I thought the set could be scandinavian.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I may be off the mark, but the green looks quite Italian to me.
