I'm wondering if this is part of the Iitala I-line range designed by Timo Sarpaneva - more examples shown here (referred to there as I-Glass but on the Iitala website is states the range was I-line):

I can't recall seeing this exact form before but I wonder if this is more likely to be Bertil Vallien for Boda Ã…fors?
