Ive purchased tis item today it measures 15" tall and weighs 1.2kg inside is cased white outside is lime green darker from bottom to top with uranium colour strands around it in an art nouveau style? The base is slightly concaved inwards and it  has lots of wear no damage im wondering how it has got lots of wear if a modern piece could it be anything but modern any ideas anyone? Sorry about pictures i just couldnt get them to fit in one go.

It hasn't got uranium colour either, because that's a yellow. I would say perhaps China or Eastern Europe, especially as it's so big, or maybe Italy, but very late 20C or 21C
