Topic: Fake Lalique for sale!

Has anyone noticed the seller in the UK who has listed the Godinger Athena vases as Lalique, along with a charming story about finding them in a French flea market? Here's the link:

My knowledge of English language is poor, but is a wrong attribution and 'Lalique Style' equivalent to 'fake', please?

Hello, this is the second time the seller has listed these vases. They listed them a few months ago, and I emailed them the link to the Amazon page for these vases. The listing states "Lalique", and then the description states "Lalique style vases". At any rate, they are aware that they are not Lalique.

If you wish to draw attention to an on-line auction which you consider to be ‘not as described’ you may provide a link to the auction but you should only state that “in my opinion this piece has not been described correctly.â€� Or, for example, in the case of a signature that you feel is incorrect “the signature does not appear to be genuine.â€�  It would also be advisable to ask if others have any opinion. Do not state anything is a fact, unless you can provide documentary proof!

Could you please add a link to the Amazon page you referred to as your proof?
