Belgium wine carafe

Hello I have all the info I need for this but I just cannot find when it was made or any other further info on this carafe.
It stands 21.5cm tall, rim dia just short of 9cm and base dia just short of 10cm.
It says on the base container made in belgium reg no 17774.  The front of the carafe has a recessed not quite circle and not oval shape with a sloped edge and grapes (hence wine).  The bottom of the carafe is embossed in a rectangle DASH.
