Thick clear glass ashtray/bowl - ID needed please

Hi,

Picked this up today and would love to get an idea of where it's from and who made it.  Clear glass with a yellow tinge. Not as heavy as it looks, weighing 566 grams, when i picked it up I was expecting it to feel heavier.  17cm wide, 6.5cm tall.  Base is smooth and old, with lots of fine wear scratches.  I think that's all that I can tell you.  Look forward to hearing from you.
