Id for opaque glass vase please

sorry to bother you all , but i have a opaque blue vase that i have listed on ebay last week and i am being inundated with questions about it that i am unable to answer .
it has a registration number on the base 196183 which i think dates it to around 1892 , but the maker stumps me ( Joplings ?)  any help appreciated  the ebay listing number is  280249953712
but i will also attach some pictures on here , i may delist it until i can get a definative answer as it is such  a fantastic piece

Hi Gregor -
I think you'll have a fair chance of getting it identified here. But please be informed that opaque means that no light shines through. Your vase is clear glass, pressed and satinated. Not opaque.

is it yellowish red when held up to the sun?

I think you've misread the Reg. No. - it should read 796183, relating to a date of 6th September 1934.
