Amber glass candle holder w/stand id help

This is another piece I cannot find any info on.
I only have one of these. Sorry. I would appreciate any help I can get.


The size is 5" diameter x 4 1/4" tall. the brass pedestals only marking is a #15 on the inside bottom. The rim of the piece or the pedals are not symetrical around the piece.
