LSA glass
« on: November 12, 2009, 09:28:03 AM »
I keep coming across some rather lovely LSA glass in "lifestyle" shops, so thought I'd have a look at more of their range on line.  Came across this selection which is remarkably like the Borske Sklo "Olives" range...........

Just thought I'd share it

HI EMMI
they do look alot like borske, but the dimples are more like a golf ball, ive seen one of these up close and personnal, and the guy said to me "oh thats czech that is" i said i dont think it is and he went "oh why?" i said becasue it has a LSA sticker on it.. (jon reckons i can argue with my shadow >:D and i should leave it, but i think its better to let people know, i do try my best to be nice about it though :)).
They do seem to be producing some quite nice pieces even the quality seems to be getting better

Lubowski, Saunders and Associates from Sunbury-on-Thames really do not produce and have never produced any glass. Their main producer are Krosno, but it is by no means their only one. Quite likely that they deal in Borské produce as well.

They are more contractors, i.e., they get companies to make to their designs. Their ranges do surprising well on the secondary market
