Small crackle vase

Another of my friends lots if I may bother you all again for an id and age.  We appreciate there is tons of crackle glass that has been manufactured.  Its height is just below 12cm and the rim is 6.5cm and base also 6.5cm.  Quite a hefty piece for such a little item.  As always appreciate any thoughts.
