hand made mouth blown cabinet plate

i have a 28 cm x 28 cm decorative plate with a sticker on saying hand made mouth blown with a painted style decoration and an unreadable signature......can any of you experts out there kindly help to idntify it for me...thanks in advance, steve

Looks more slumped than blown, but it could have been cylinder blown and cut. Is there any texture to glass on either side?

THE PLATE SEEMS TO HAVE A FROSTED EFFECT ON THE BACK WITH A KIND OF ENAMEL GLASS PAINTED DECORATION

seems nobody can identify this glass cabinet plate, i thought it may be tough to de cypher the signature, ah well sel a vie

Patience, it's only five days since you asked!  These things can take years to ID. It may be that it's not a real signature because similar, but not identical, labels appear on glass that's probably from Eastern Europe.
