DECANTER - SMOKED BLACK & CLEAR

Very nice decanter measuring 23cm in height with stopper,  base 8.8cm and top dia. 6.4cm.  I have searched through various sites  and unable to find any details.  I have a feeling that it maybe modern.  Can anyone identify this.  Many thanks!
