Just found something similar from Zibo Jingdu Glassware.co ltd,Shandong,China.

It looks as though someone has had the top half of the vase removed (Damage)

Hadn't thought of that,thanks Mike,it has that really cheap feeling to it,still trying to find out where that Okra lookalike came from,no luck ,searched E.Europe,nothing yet,
