SMOKED GLASS JUG? - Id = Krosno Poland

Otis Orlando:
An unusual look jug with a turned in spout.  The jug measures 26cm in height and tapers slightly towards the the handle area. The base measures 7cm.  The pontil is concaved and measures 3.6cm.  When viewed via. the base the top part of the rim of the jug becomes smaller.  Can anyone this identify please?
