I wouldn't describe this as either vaseline or citron. Both are far stronger colours. Vaseline used to mean different things on either side of the Atlantic, but it always contained uranium oxide, which glows strongly under blacklight. I'm not up with the current thinking and terminology, but your glass would not be described as vaseline anywhere. Citron is the word used for the vibrant uranium yellow used by the Australian company, Crown Crystal.
