FINGER VASE - WHITE AND PINK

This vase is unusual to some of the finger vases I have seen. The vase itself is pink and cased in white.  The vase measures at highest point 22.7cm and the base 4.8cm dia.  There is a concave pontil that measures 2.8cm dia. and is totally off centered to the base dia. The pictures are not very good and will have to try and send some improved pictures.  Can anyone identify this vase with current age and originator.  Many thanks
