I wonder if this is a studio piece and if anyone had come across similar in their travels

The photos make it look more mustard than it is. It is a very bright clear yellow.
The only piece I came across that was similar was a Vistosi bowl with a black rim round the base and which was signed. As far as I can make out this is not signed but it does have some very strange little squiggly very short 'dash' marks all the way round the pontil about two inches from the pontil. Some of them look like they could be characters/letters but most of them are just very short little lines.
The pontil is snapped off neatly and left sharp.
It is 21cm in diameter and 6cm high.
Quite nice as a fruit bowl but feels like it needs an opaque black stand of some sort to really show it off. It should look stunning but yellow is a difficult colour to make look good I think.
It seems to glow orange under uv light (whether or not that means anything in terms of helping with attribution I don't know).
If you have any ideas they would be much appreciated

many thanks.
