Very old enamelled vase - Bohemian?

may also be french? or Central Europe? As to its age, i would guess its 1870 give or take 20 years

I had two yellow flashed (I think) vases with this type of decoration. I was never able to find who the maker might be. The decoration is lovely and well done.
