Dark green with clear applied blobs of glass. Impressed mark on base. It is 4.5" high.

I think I remember something very similar being identified, possibly Czech but sadly no other details come to mind.

Thanks John, definitely the same logo, just googled it and checked ebay, it's everywhere candles, holders, watches, clothes, carrier bags, you name it. Seems to be a lot from the states.
