GMB member tigerchips has a red apple (not without some controversy, see here) in his gallery here, so mine must be a blue pear, not a buoy, however it is spelled!

TC — Please would you drop by and fill in any gaps you can manage, such as dates, maker and location, &c.

btw there's a fair amount of wear on the thin flat base around the ground-out pontil scar, so it wasn't made yesterday.
