I think your piece could be a relative of Terry's, as I've always thought that Murano was a strong possibility. Terry's has a Camer label on it. Camer was a New York importing company that brought in good quality Murano. I would think Terry's vase would be more likely to be Seguso Vetri D'Arte than A. Seguso,

The neck on your piece is what is unfamiliar to me. There's a a wide variety of shapes and colours to these pieces, and the number of ribs also varies. It looks like yours has 13 whereas others can have more or less. Here are three examples to show variety. The first is a corroso piece by Seguso Vetri D'Arte, the second is also SVdA for Saks Fifth Avenue, and the third a candlestick I know not from whom.

I'd have the piece categorized "Murano (?)" until I found a close relative with a solid attribution.

David, thank you for taking the time to reply, and for attaching some pictures.  I greatly appreciate it. 

I will take your advice and settle for a "Murano (?)" attribution (though I do believe I've said exactly the same thing earlier on in this thread.  :pb:...  But this time, I'm honestly ready to 'let go'.  The vase, regardless of its provenance, has a loved place in my collection).
