I am sorry I didn't check the link.
Click on the link I gave and when the home page comes up look for a tab "ART GLASS" click on that and go down about half way and you will see the bowl I'm talking about.

Hi All,
Oddly I wrote a whole diatribe on this piece but somehow either failed to log it properly or it has gone somewhere else. Seems technology and advancing years are not always easy bedfellows.
Anyway, no it is not IoW.S.G. or at least certainly not a production item.
It resembles the bowls we make in both 'Nightscape/Seascape and Summer Fruits ranges but these have changed now to no foot. The IoW design had a smaller rim, a slightly more shapely body (no further comment) and almost always a flat polished base.
However what  I think this is, is a piece from Dillon Clark when she ran Cambridge Glassmakers. The colour and multi coloured chips lead me to this conclusion and, although I don't remember this actual item from the time I was their agent, all the other characteristics are familiar.

Hi Ron,
Thank you very much for bringing clarity to this piece.  I'd shown it to Will Farmer at Fieldings recently and his thought was not IoWSG. I thought it was because of the swirling colours in the bowl & the attribution when I bought it (not from Filedings but another auction house), but I'm a glass novice.  I really appreciate the help of people on this message board and am happy to be corrected and to learn.
I think it's a lovely bowl, but it's important not to misattribute it.
