Well, I had hoped you would have worked it out by reference to my other two posts.   Anyway it is genuine Bianconi erotica, and worth a king's ransom, I believe.  It has the same status as the other two pieces.   Apologies for the picture quality.   It was cropped from a larger image that would have made everything much more obvious.
