Shell Lobster platter

Good evening all
I have to ask for help again if I may. I have been looking for the maker and possible age of this huge heavy crystal platter. Shell design with frosted lobster pincers. I am thinking fairly recent but I am very stuck as to who the maker could be, I cannot see any even remotely similar anywhere.
