Topic: Black Glass with Triangle Mark - ID = Illinois Pacific Glass

I'm fairly sure this black glass vase dates to the 20s or 30s, nice style with embossed arrow forms on a background of circles.  There's a triangle mark near the bottom (on the side, not the bottom), but it's hard to tell what's actually in there besides some of the embossed background.  I can't get my hands on the black glass books.  Anyone have the answer...and willing to share?

I would think your vase is American - it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen over here.

With several people putting together pieces of information, we've managed to identify the maker as Illinois Pacific Glass, circa 1932.  The company appears to have only made bottles and jars, so it was probably a special container intended to be kept as a vase after the contents was used, but I've had no luck figuring out what the contents might have been.  Letters in the triangle are either IPG or IPC since the company used both.  The I and P lean to the right, and the last letter leans strongly left, which is part of what made them hard to read.

Many of the decorative containers of that era contained bath salts...... appealed to the lady of the house in a couple of ways... indulge yourself with a nice bath, and have a pretty piece of glass at the same time..... commonly used with cork stoppers which have long since disappeared.
