Green random bubble vase

Hi, I have this green vase , 8 inch high , very slightly tapered 4 inch bottom to 4.5 top. Encased random bubbles and has polished pontil. Can anyone ID please ,thanks

I'm tempted to say Empoli Verde - but the pontil mark looks very concentric and too highly polished. Still, it's an option.....
