Tall heavy-ish fine bubble vase help please

Good evening

Standing about 28.5cm tall is this quite heavy (for its size) vase with bubble patternation.  At first I thought Aseda but I know it isn't.  It is quite thick glass and the inside base is higher than the actual of that makes sense.  Now the base for some reason the pic is showing big white bits not sure why but on the vase it is actually lots of wear.  Is that inner circle on the base the pontil I have not seen one like that before so has made me scrunch my nose up.  Something tells me scandi please tell me I am on the right path.
