Topic: Help please with Sunday find number 2

Hi, this was the second vase bought on Sunday. It stands just over 5" tall. It has a polished pontil mark. The glass has a heavy feel to it, fairly thick glass. The colour is a mottle yellow/clear with the neck almost striped rather than the mottle pattern of the body. The colour I thought was one i'd seen in some Mdina glass, BUT, chances are I'm way off mark there!!!

Does it have a polished pontil mark or is the base polished flat?

Hang my head in shame, I even know the diffeence!!! of course I SHOULD have said that it has a polished flat base NOT polished pontil.  In the words of Homer 'Doh'

I wouldn't worry, I managed to reply to one thread yesterday in another.

Well, it doesn't have any feature that would make me say it's not made at Mdina, on the other hand not much to say it is either.

A photo looking straight at it, rather than down at an angle would help to show the shape, white background helps too.
