confirmation request please for Czechoslovakian
« on: April 24, 2010, 09:35:33 AM »
from this morning's mixed bag - and thought immediately of Czech., but now I'm home and looking in Ruth Forsythe's book, realize that most of that output was orange, yellow, greenish, blackish, whitish, turquoise, or straight blue  -  but nothing with this lavender/lilac colour, although the black edge trailing is, of course, spot on for that sort of origin.    Do people think I've put it in the wrong country.  Cased quite thickly in clear, and with a 'stone' which can be seen about 50mm or so below the everted top rim.   About 200mm tall  -  bottom edge is ground/plished with some wear  -  otherwise it's in fine condition.     Grateful fo anyone's thoughts please.
Reference:  'Made in Czechoslovakia' by Ruth A. Forsythe - 1982.
