Sowerby vase and frog ? ID = Sowerby #2481

Seen this vase listed as Sowerby but have a feeling it is not, the frog is like the Sowerby one but i do believe Walther made one similar. Any help appreciated as always thanks in advance yours Mark
Measurements  5 1/2" high x 5 1/2" wide
