paperweight with indented fish? stamp

hi,this has got a blue swirly pattern to it,underneath is a indent with what looks like a fishalot os base wear,thanks kaz

Hello Kaz

The Pwt is by Isle of Wight Studio Glass, the impressed mark is known as a flame pontil mark.  It dates the weight to circa '74-'79.
