Help ID this Dutch green hock glass
« on: May 08, 2010, 05:27:35 AM »
Hi,

I have inherited several beautiful Dutch glasses which have been in the family for a long, long time. I'd like to find out more about them. Could anyone help identify when they were made and where and if there are any books I could read on the subject. The first is a dark green hock glass which is fairly thick. The second photo is of the base of the glass.

Thanks

These are nice attractive Bristol glasses from the 1840s and quite desirable.
