GTS Mystery Set 46 - Label: Made in France, on a candlestick

A bit of a longshot I know, but I wonder if anyone has any idea who may have used this small label? Its remains are on the underside of a clear glass candlestick, which I picked up because of the label, and because I have other pieces of this set in clear and a bottle green colour (see below)... it's one of my ongoing mysteries and I wondered if the label might help bring me closer to who might have made this set?
