FINE CANE PAPERWEIGHT - HELP WITH ID PLEASE

Hi all,
Need some help ID'ing this one.
It has very fine, tightly packed canes of blue and red and daisy flowers. Size is 2" high & 2.1/2" wide.
Base has very flat polished pontil.

Any help is appreciated.
