Footed amber bubble bowl

Hello, this amber footed, encased bubble bowl is 9 inch across with ground pontil. Can anyone ID please.

Looks very Webb's but please don't quote me,lots of Webb's stuff is unmarked and with in excess of 50,000 pattern numbers it's anybodies guess,
