Rose pattern old clear vase

Good afternoon
This is the last one of my vase I am having trouble locating the maker of.  This one is in pristine condition, totally clear with only age related marks to the base (papped).  Multi faceted sides to the bottom half of the vase and to the top part in between are delightful roses. There is also seams to both sides of the vase. Does anyone recognise this.  This is another one of the mothers of the old man I purchased from.
