Amber / Clear Panelled vase - Belgium?

I bought this panelled vase in Holland in May the guy said he thought it was Belgium. Its 6 inches tall and 6 inches at the rim.It weighs 996 gr. I have been searching around for a maker / year but to no avail. The base is ground and polished  Any help is well appreciated.

Reminds me of some 1930's Val St. Lambert pieces I have had.

Might it be worth having a look in Pamela's VSL catalogues, or are they either all pressed, or too late in the C20??
