Czech Heavy Hot Worked Bowl/ Ashtray - Skrdlovice?

A recent charity shop find

A lovely cased glass ashtray, inner layer is green, outer pale blue. The foot has been ground & polished. I'm fairly sure it's Czech but I'm not too knowledgeable about these hot worked pieces so am hoping someone can help with ID.

It's about 16 cm (6 1/4 inches) wide. by 7.5 cm (3 inches) tall.
