It looks Scandinavian but who? It is 11.5" high.

Two thoughts on this one...1)Krosno ? I had a clear Krosno and the top upstanding rim is very similar...but it had a single "orb" not two like this

OR

I have seen a Nanny Still (r.Lasi Oy)...with three orbs (same top edge finish). Sorry can't be more positive ..it's rather striking though!

I would think this is contemporary factory glass from Poland or Romania but can not be 100% sure because I've never seen this particular piece before. I don't think it is a funny Fin or a great Dane.
