Help required in the id of this vase.

Hi all just wondered if anybody has any idea of the maker of this vase. It is cased glass and stands at 12.5" tall, just under 3" at the top and just over 3" at the base. Thanks in advance for any help in the identification of this vase.

It is Polish (Tarnow?) or Chinese.
