Anyone heard of Luigi Mellara?

Hi Everyone!
Just wondering if anyone had heard of Luigi Mellara, a glass artist who supposedly worked under Barbini. I have tried to search for him online and only came up with 1 piece by him. I recently bought a pair of Scavo bottles with his signature, and want to know if they are new, or vintage pieces, since they look so similar to the Scavo pieces Barbini was doing in the 70's.
Thanks!
Javier

Hi Javier,
I know virtually nothing about glass and even less about Murano glass, but did find these pieces;

Sorry that I can't be of more help.

Sounds new.

Hello Della,
Thanks for looking into it. I found the same listings.

Hi Laura,
I do think this might be newer, but not be as new. Maybe 80's? as they are signed Mellara L., and the technique is certinly similar to the Scavo Cenedese and Barbini pieces, cased in black. At least they are signed, and look pretty good. :)

Laura Friedman:
Hi Javier,

I'd agree with '80s. I guess everyone's meaning for "new" is a bit different.  :)
