Wonder if this vase may come from the same designer as this, there are some similarities - but perhaps I am clutching at straws?

Very beautiful vase Emmi but..... :ooh:

This one in Dusan's Cz album looks like a candidate: http://picasaweb.google.de/exat53/CzGlas#5159824904675112466

No factory or designer yet though. :'(

John

I now think the coloured spot decoration on this Czech has been "applied" as I found I have a Whitefriars applied spot vase from 1969, and the outside of both vases around the colour feels rather similar, having a slight sort of "score" mark around the edge of the coloured spot.  On the WF vase I have, I can also feel the inside  which is not smooth as the rest of the glass, of course because of the small neck of the Czech vase I can't get in to see if it is similar.

This is the W/F range I am talking about

I don't think we need that extra image I was going to put in with a bridgey bit, and I think John's found it in Dusan's album too  - shame a designer/maker has not been tracked down yet.

This piece is from recent production of Chribska - Rubin Glass few years old. Nothing to do with Zemek.

Not only 1999, it can be also 2005 :-)

Yes, Chribska, designer unknown for the moment - but I am working on it, I got some excellent contacts in Novy Bor that could help attribute designers in this catalogue in near future.
